Back again from Home - Test week
So, back again to my quaint little room with my roomie in college.
Time flew so fast when you're having fun, they say. Well, they ain't wrong.
It was awesome to be home, though. Did hella good on some thinking. I thought PALAM was hot. Back home, it's like someone turned up the heat in a freakin Sahara lol.
I love the late afternoon time. When the clock strikes 10 and the sun rises up, it's all hot as hell but later in the near evening, the wind picks up and there would be a slow, soothing breeze across the neighbourhood. The blue sky is clear and the birds are all but dancing in the clouds. It looks the perfect set for tea and a book.
Even an introvert as myself couldn't waste the opportunity to enjoy such a weather.
I went out and water mom's garden, singing out loud carelessly. After that, I took a book and sit in the swing just outside my window and relax. Its basically the poster image of relaxing.
The peace. The tranquility.
Who needs yoga when you can have this?
Mom has taken a liberty to update my room, namely putting up an air-conditioner. Before, we only have the one residing in her room. Now they can alternate. hahaha xD
Baby sis was delighted to have me home. And clingy enough when I was to leave. Sure she had her tantrums and the usual spoiled attitude but the show of affection towards my presence was more than a little gratifying. She turns 7 this year, my little monster.
Baby bro came home for the weekends too. It was surprising to see him, at the least. He's continuing to grow taller, gaining inch by inch against me. Ugh I remember when his large forehead was always near reach for a proper noogie. Now I have to tiptoe to give him a frickin hug. :I
Also, my cursing habit seem to have rubbed off on him. Idek how since he comes home once every two weeks and I haven't exactly been around for a while, have I. Well, like sister like brother, I guess. *snorts*
Now that I'm back again, it's the start of the first test week. Welp.
Time to pull up my pants and get my gears on.
